Still following on from the Terminator theme, Doggett and Scully are on the hunt for an experiment gone wrong. Some guys managed to get infected with a new technology that can create metal randomly.

So naturally his whole body gets infected and he starts killing who he thinks is responsible for it. However since it’s an accident, everyone’s rather innocent but they do witness some cool regeneration in the form of blood turning into metal after the bad guy punches his way out of a 4-inch thick steel container.

In the end the freak of nature realises he’s become some kind of Frankenstein and hides in the car crushing machine waiting to die. Rather touching episode which reminds me too much of “Agent T1000”.
